1. Products & Sustainability
What materials are Hindbag products made of?
All our bags and accessories are crafted from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. This guarantees that no toxic pesticides or heavy metals are used, protecting both planet health and factory worker safety.
Where are Hindbag products manufactured?
Our products are designed in Paris and handcrafted in Delhi, India, in partnership with SSMI, an NGO that empowers local women through fair wage employment, education, and skill training.
How should I care for my organic cotton bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Machine washing is not recommended as it may cause shrinkage or color fading due to non-toxic natural dye processes.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard domestic orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. International shipping within Europe takes 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across Europe and select international destinations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
3. Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Learn more on our Return Policy page.
Do you offer a warranty or repair service?
Yes! All our bags come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects (zippers, seams, straps). Check out our Repairs & Services page for assistance.
